If I do qualify, what will it cost?

Your premium is based on your age, the amount of coverage and the health factors mentioned above.

The policy is guaranteed renewable which means once you qualify based on your health, you will always have the policy in the future as long as the premium payments are made. As long as you keep the same policy, the rate will be based on your age when you enrolled.

If you enroll within six (6) months of your birthday, you may use your prior year’s age to determine the premium.
